Scott H. Severance
Scott H. Severance has over 300 productions to his credit as actor or director during his 32-year professional career, featuring musical turns as Tevye (6 times, including an award-winning performance at Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth, New Hampshire), Pseudolus, Captain Hook, Major General Stanley, Don Quixote, the Cowardly Lion, Benjamin Franklin, and Kris Kringle. The last time he sang with Leigh Barrett was as Herbie in Stoneham Theatre’s Gypsy. Other favorite roles include Oscar Madison in The Odd Couple, Sydney Bruhl in Deathtrap, Clown #1 in The 39 Steps, Tito Mirelli in Lend Me A Tenor, and Sir John Falstaff in Henry IV, Part 1. Scott appeared in the 20th Century Fox film Fever Pitch (with the fabulous Maureen Keiller), and he is a multiple Best Director award winner at the New Hampshire Theatre Awards.
