Marketing Internship

Description

Central Square Theater seeks an intern to assist in the promotion and marketing analysis of its mainstage season and education programs. The intern will work as part of the Central Square Theater marketing team to draft weekly emails to our lists, work on marketing copy for mainstage productions, education programs, and secondary programs, and conduct analysis on our sales, marketing data and trends.

Please note this is an unpaid internship.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and success copywriting for marketing emails
  • Experience copywriting for social media, websites, and communications / promotional materials
  • Experience with and interest in analyzing marketing data in a theatrical context
  • Interest in exploring best practices for marketing in a theatrical context

The internship is open to current college and graduate students, and recent graduates. Most of the work will happen in CST’s offices in Central Square during daytime business hours. Some evening/weekend availability (sitting in on rehearsals and performances) is also required.
