The Nora Theatre Company and Underground Theater are professional companies operating under agreements with Actors’ Equity Association. We cast Equity and non-Equity performers and participate in the Equity Membership Candidate program.

Equity audition opportunities are listed on the Equity Casting Call, and both Equity and non-Equity auditions are announced through StageSource. Both companies also attend the Equity and non-Equity StageSource auditions each year.

Out-of-town actors with housing in the Boston area are also welcome to submit headshots and resumes to the attention of either The Nora Theater Company or Underground Railway Theater. Updated headshots and resumes may be sent to the following address:
